We welcome new gynecological and obstetrical patients. Before your first visit, please take time to fill out your health forms on this secure web site and arrive 20 minutes early for our staff to review your health information with you.  Your first visit may take up to an hour and a half, so please allow ample time. If you have been under the care of another physician, please have the records sent to us prior to your first appointment. If you are taking medications, please bring the names and dosages with you.
